Start with the product, not the monthly price

A useful GLP-1 quote begins with the exact medication and formulation. The same ingredient name can appear in a branded injection, a branded tablet or a compounded preparation. Those products do not automatically share an approval, instructions or evidence. Write the product name beside the provider name so a later price comparison does not quietly change the item being compared.

Ask whether the quote is an estimate before the clinical assessment or the amount for a selected prescription. A completed questionnaire is not a guaranteed prescription, and a provider directory cannot establish personal suitability. If the clinician recommends something different, create a new worksheet for the new quote.

Write down the amount collected today

A monthly equivalent is a useful unit of comparison, but it may describe a much larger prepaid charge. Keep the full payment and the number of months it covers on the same line. For example, Likeness Rx currently lists a twelve-month semaglutide total of $948, equivalent to $79 per month. Its one-month price is $139. Neither figure should be substituted for the other without changing the stated term.

The interactive worksheet divides the entered medication payment across the entered supply period. It does not choose a treatment or verify a vendor’s charge. Enter only a quote you have actually received; the starting values are an arithmetic example. A lower monthly equivalent is not automatically a better decision when a larger upfront payment would be difficult to recover.

Separate care, medicine and shipping

Some programs combine the medication and clinical access; others charge a membership or visit fee separately. Ro’s current Body page says medication is not included in its membership. A membership price should therefore not be placed beside a bundled medication number as though both purchased the same things.

Ask about required laboratory work, supplies and shipping. In the worksheet, a separate monthly fee repeats for every month of the chosen supply period. Shipping is treated as one amount for that term. If a provider charges shipping per shipment, calculate the term’s total before entering it. Avoid adding a fee twice when the quote already includes it.

Create a second line for the next payment

An introductory charge answers what happens first. It may not answer what happens next. Keep the recurring amount, renewal date and supply interval separately from the initial promotion. A term described in months may also differ from a shipment described in weeks; use the agreement’s own definitions rather than assuming they align perfectly.

SuperHealthy’s current campaign describes recurring auto-refill that can be turned off before an order. Likeness describes renewal on the selected term. Those arrangements make the order cutoff as important as a general statement that cancellation is possible. CoreAge’s campaign and main website also show different starting offers, so the selected route must stay with its terms.

Identify who handles each problem

The publication, telehealth platform, treating practice, pharmacy and carrier have different roles. Save the medical practice and pharmacy contact details before relying on a branded support button alone. For a billing question, ask which organization collected the payment. For a medicine question, ask how to reach the prescriber or dispensing pharmacist.

A carrier’s transit estimate does not include all clinical and pharmacy processing. Keep the assessment, prescription, preparation and shipping stages separate. If the package or instructions raise a concern, obtain professional guidance rather than guessing from a general comparison article. The worksheet is a payment record, not a tool for calculating a dose.

Read cancellation and refunds as separate policies

Canceling a future renewal does not necessarily reverse a charge already processed or return the unused part of a prepaid term. Ask when the next order becomes noncancelable, how cancellation must be submitted and whether you receive a confirmation. Save the version of the policy that applies to your selected purchase.

A satisfaction or money-back statement can have participation requirements, exclusions and a claim window. It should not be treated as a prediction of clinical success. If a clinician finds you ineligible, check the specific ineligibility policy rather than assuming that an unrelated general guarantee applies.

Use the worksheet to make the remaining questions visible

Check each confirmation box only when you have the corresponding answer: the medication and quantity, full charge and term, renewal and cancellation, and the prescriber and pharmacy. Four checked boxes show that you recorded four answers. They are not an assessment of medical safety, quality or eligibility.

Download the text worksheet if you want to keep the calculation with your quote. The tool calculates in the browser and does not submit these entered figures. Avoid entering private medical information; none is needed. Then read the linked native provider review for the source context and unresolved questions behind the offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does $79 per month mean I pay $79 today?

Not necessarily. It can be a monthly equivalent for a longer prepaid supply. Read the selected offer’s full amount due and term.

Does a completed worksheet mean the medicine is suitable?

No. The worksheet organizes a quote. A licensed clinician must assess whether treatment is appropriate.
