The provider name is only the first comparison field
Rift’s pricing page lists multiple pharmacy and duration choices for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The default Hallandale monthly selections displayed $199 for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide during our September 27, 2026 check. A sitewide banner said displayed prices included a $50 introductory discount.
Those observations do not establish a single ongoing price for every pharmacy, formulation or duration. Write down the selected product, pharmacy, supply period, immediate charge and next-order cost together. A headline beginning with “from” is less useful than that completed row when comparing two programs.
Read the pharmacy-specific availability notice
The selector displays service-area restrictions beside the default pharmacy, and some alternatives are marked coming soon. Its state tool also carries a beta notice and says its availability information is current as of May 2026. That is older than the date of this review.
The useful feature is that the site exposes differences among pharmacy options. The limitation is that an all-state marketing statement elsewhere cannot confirm the chosen prescription path. Verify the exact pharmacy, formulation and destination before relying on a quote. A coming-soon listing is not evidence that fulfillment is currently available.
What Rift says is included
The homepage describes online provider review, ongoing messaging, shipping and flat pricing across approved doses for its compounded GLP-1 programs. It presents Rift as a platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies. A prescription depends on clinical assessment; selecting a product is not approval.
That separation matters when deciding whom to contact. Billing questions may go to the platform, clinical questions to the prescriber and dispensing questions to the pharmacy. Obtain all three contacts. The included-service list is a published promise, not a response-time or fulfillment test performed by this publication.
Optional subscriptions still have firm order cutoffs
The refund policy distinguishes stopping future recurring charges from reversing an order already submitted. It says manual refills and subscription renewals enter review and fulfillment immediately and generally cannot be canceled or refunded after submission. Its stated exceptions include treatment being declined under the specified conditions and requirements of applicable law.
For comparison purposes, record both controls: how to prevent the next renewal, and when a current order becomes final. Pausing a subscription is not the same operation as canceling a purchase. Review the medication selection, destination and payment summary before submitting; do not rely on being able to correct a purchase afterward.
Where Rift fits in a comparison
Rift’s strongest public feature is its visible choice of pharmacy and plan structure. That may help readers ask more precise questions than an undifferentiated monthly bundle allows. Its tradeoff is the work required to reconcile introductory prices, pharmacy restrictions and strict order-finality terms. Save the completed comparison with the date you checked it.
